Extremely professional and friendly service - Duncan really cares about what he does and the 'boys at the sharp end' follow that through with a service that is efficient, caring and friendly. I have just used them to move some precious furniture and books from Cheltenham to mid-Wales and they handled everything superbly. Definitely recommend them.

Arrived when they said they would. Great team of chaps. Put all our worldly goods in store for about 4 weeks. Gave them a call on the Friday we saw the solicitor to conclude our purchase and they brought our belongings out of store the following Monday. Couldn't fault them. Good lads, very competent, great price, brilliant service. No stress. Highly recommend.
Sarah Masterson - Only contacted DRL a few days before our move date. They were great - came back to us quickly with a quote, were really efficient, hardly stopped for a breather from start to finish on the day and nice guys to boot. If you're doubting whether to hire anyone like we were, go for it - would highly recommend DRL.

'Literally cannot recommend this company enough!! In what has been an extremely difficult move these guys took care of EVERYTHING! from taking apart my beds and un-plumbing the washing machine, to rebuilding and re plumbing the other end!! Very happy and accommodating I would recommend anyone looking to move, move with them!!! Massive thanks guys!!! Xx'

Excellent service; personal, helpful and a very cost effective solution. All the guys who did the moving on the day were professional and personable and all the time there was management oversight to make sure we were happy and everything was working. As always with a big move there were unforeseen issues out of the company's control and these were promptly resolved with no inconvenience to us, the customer. Would 100% recommend them to anyone.
Of course, by 'management oversight' I do mean Duncan, whose capacity to know what is going on everywhere all the time was phenominal.

Monday afternoon – so, we are now post move and I have to say that Duncan and his team were genuinely absolutely fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and they all went out of their way to make my move as stressfree as possible and they were all so cheery. I would have given Duncan a hug at the end of it but I was just a little bit smelly so by way of Facebook, Duncan, I am sending you a virtual hug of thanks! I will certainly recommend you 100% wholeheartedly to anyone I hear that is moving.

DRL Removals moved us with friendly, professional service from one side of Cheltenham to the other. They lent us a stack of boxes; unscrewed beds on one end and put them back together at the other; they moved about 60 framed artworks without a scratch in their special picture bags; they worked quickly and carefully, getting us out by midday in a bustling chirpy atmosphere. A nice bit of closure on our old home and an upbeat start to our new one. I'd highly recommend them.
